Helping our young people to stay mentally fit and well is hugely important to us. Please see a range of resources below that have been designed to support the mental health of you and your child. Please get in touch if you require any support; we’re here to help.
Age 13-25? Worried? Anxious?
For 1 to 1 emotional support with a wellbeing worker by phone, video call or online chat, call 07815698447 or email door43@sheffieldfutures.org.uk on Wednesday mornings. A wellbeing worker will get back to you for a 20 minute chat between 11am and 1pm or 2pm and 4pm.
Kooth, from XenZone, is an online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people, accessible through mobile, tablet and desktop.

Epic Friends is a website all about teenage mental health and has lots of advice on how young people can support each other emotionally as well as having lots of ideas for activities to boost well being.
